Clients using PRIMECORP services must provide complete, accurate and timely information, cooperate reasonably with agreed requests, and ensure that any instructions, materials and approvals they provide are lawful and appropriately authorised.

Where services involve food, product, supply-chain, procurement or operational matters, the client is responsible for confirming that its own products, premises, processes and decisions meet all applicable safety, quality, labelling, employment, trade and regulatory requirements.

Any purchase, sale, supply, distribution or other trading relationship with PRIMECORP is subject to the specific quotation, order confirmation, supply agreement, credit terms or other written trading terms agreed for that transaction. Those written terms prevail over these website terms where they differ.

A website enquiry, product discussion, catalogue reference or request for information does not create an obligation for PRIMECORP to supply, purchase, extend credit or enter into a trading arrangement.
